Why use Impact Factor?

For today's academic, "reasonable" English is no longer enough. Increased pressure to publish, combined with higher expectations from journals and readers, means that the way you present your message is just as important as the message itself.

Editing includes proofreading, but there is much more to it than that. A good academic editor can make your writing clearer, more succinct, and more likely to be accepted for publication.

Impact Factor Editing has edited thousands of journal articles, books and theses since 2007. We offer a guarantee of quality - if you aren't happy, there is no charge.

Please see the FAQ page for answers to commonly asked questions and links to some sample edits.

How does it work?

The process could not be more simple.  E-mail the document to be edited to jamesedits@gmail.com, along with any specific instructions and style guides (if applicable). We edit it using the "track changes" feature on Microsoft Word and e-mail it back to you as soon as possible.

An invoice can be sent directly to your institution's accounting department or to you personally. Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or check.
